The LCD64 Deluxe 1.3 release provides a major gameplay update:  The Bitty powerup!  

Collecting Bitty will grant the temporary ability to smash through any barrier.  Bitty will not come out on every level, but depends on the number of players, number of players, and bot skill level.  This adds a whole new dimension to gameplay strategy.

With this update, I consider the project "finished", at least as far as the C64 is concerned.  (I may port the game to some other 8-bit systems at some point)
