Beta 2 is finally here!

Major changes:

* Position bikes differently for 2, 3 and 4 player modes.

* Randomly choose from different phrases between rounds.

* (hopefully) Fixed bug where player crashing causes other player(s) to crash despite not hitting anything.

* Add more cycle text styles - cycle colors, flash, do nothing

* Misc optimizations & bugfixes
